ShoreView Industries, through its portfolio company, BinMaster, completed the acquisition of Stevens Water Monitoring Systems, Inc., a specialty manufacturer of highly accurate, rugged environmental monitoring equipment based in Portland, OR. Products include the HydraProbe®, POGO®, and TurfPro™ brands, weather stations, and advanced agrotechnology platforms used for data-driven hydrological and horticultural management.
