The Arcade, NY based company is a leading manufacturer of sanitary stainless steel fittings for the food processing, pharmaceutical and other industries. Steel & O’Brien specializes in quick turn around of both standard and custom fabricated fittings and assemblies. The Company’s existing management will continue to run the business and maintains a significant ongoing equity position.
