Caltius Structured Capital has completed a junior capital investment in Paramount Mechanical Corporation. Based in Manassas, VA, Paramount designs, installs, and services complex Mechanical/HVAC, Electric and Plumbing systems throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast U.S. markets. Caltius provided a combination of equity and subordinated debt to support a recapitalization of the business by Stonebridge Partners and senior management.
