JZ Partners and The Edgewater Funds portfolio company Flow Control Holdings’ Ace Sanitary Division has completed the acquisition of FlexFit Hose. FlexFit Hose is a manufacturer of flexible hose products for sanitary and high-purity applications. Manufacturing and fulfillment of FlexFit products will be integrated into Ace Sanitary’s recently expanded facility in Cincinnati.
