FFG Industries was initially created with the acquisition of Aroma Tech. Located in Somerville, New Jersey, Aroma Tech is a leading manufacturer of custom complex fragrances used in a variety of consumer, household, and industrial application fragrances blended from natural and synthetic materials. International Fragrance & Technology was acquired soon after partnering with Aroma Tech. Over the span of our six-year investment, that group eventually went on to include Key Essentials, Inc. and Flavor Source, Inc. Over that time horizon, this group of companies grew from $17 million in annual revenue to over $75 million. The company continues to be run on a daily basis by its founders and members of its original management team.
