As Assistant Research Director at Castle Crow, Sahil partners with account executives to build target lists tailored to each client's criteria and objectives. He also oversees the firm's interns, guiding them through the research process from start to finish.

Sahil joined Castle Crow in 2022 while earning his B.S. in Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno. He has since advanced from conducting research himself to helping lead the internship program, a progression that has given him a firsthand understanding of the firm's buy-side search work and the effort behind every successful transaction.
