As a Principal at Castle Crow, Nolan is responsible for developing, initiating, and sourcing new middle-market platform investments and acquisition opportunities. During his tenure, Nolan has worked on originating investments in a wide range of industries, including business services, field services, healthcare, value-added distribution, manufacturing, foodservice, software/technology, environmental health and safety, packaging, dental products/services & consumer products.

Prior to Castle Crow, Nolan founded and led his own sports training company from ideation to profitability in two years. Nolan is a graduate of California State University, Northridge, and competed as a Division 1 baseball player.
