Jerome Smith is an Associate at Castle Crow working in our Vancouver office. He is responsible for sourcing middle market transactions across a wide range of industries. He works closely with business owners to help identify potential investment partners and advise strategic growth initiatives specific to their situation.

Prior to joining Castle Crow, Jerome cut his teeth selling HVAC components door-to-door, where he established the hit-the-pavement mentality that deal sourcing demands. It also helped him develop strong skills in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals face-to- face, providing him with a solid foundation for driving results.

Jerome holds a degree in Economics from the University of British Columbia (UBC), where he spent much of his time enjoying the on-campus golf course and playing chess. In his free time, Jerome loves watching the Buffalo Bills, playing sports with his friends, watching movies, and spending time with his family.
