HCI Equity Partners, through its portfolio company, JGB Enterprises, has completed the acquisition of All-Serv Industrial. Based in Sulphur, LA, All-Serv is a supplier of hose and hose-related accessories for environmental remediation, industrial cleaning and other needs of the refinery and petrochemical market throughout the Gulf Coast.
