Tenex Capital Management, through its portfolio company, G2 Secure Staffing, has completed the acquisition of Flight Services & Systems, Inc., based in Cleveland, OH. Flight Services & Systems is an aviation service company providing ground handling and passenger services to multiple airports and airlines throughout the US. FSS currently operates in 16 airports in 13 states, serving over 80 airlines and airports.
