Biography

As one of Castle Crow's two founders, Keith has been responsible for all operational functions of the firm including transaction sourcing, structuring, negotiating, working with portfolio companies and maintaining relations with private equity funds and other institutional investors. Castle Crow is a merchant banking firm specializing in buyside private equity investments and now has affiliated deal team professionals in five North American locations, including: Atlanta, Dallas, Reno, the San Francisco Bay Area and Vancouver Canada.

Keith has over 30 years of investment banking, corporate finance, private equity and venture capital experience and has participated in over 100 direct investment transactions across a broad range of industries.

Prior to co-founding Castle Crow in 2001, Keith played an integral role in the growth and success of the Arch Group, a private equity merchant banking firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. Previously Keith also spent over six years with Graham Partners (formerly Viking Graham), the Philadelphia area based private equity, M&A and corporate finance arm of the privately held Graham Group.

Keith has worked extensively with management teams in a wide variety of industries as well as has been an integral transaction team member for domestic and international mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and financings whose aggregate values exceed $5 billion.

Keith is currently a member of the Villanova University School of Business Dean's Advisory Council, a board member of Stuhlmuller Vineyards & Winery in Healdsburg, California and a former trustee and Treasurer of Lake Tahoe School in Incline Village, Nevada and is a graduate of the Villanova University School of Business.
