Jerome Smith is an Associate at Castle Crow, where he is responsible for sourcing private equity transactions across a wide range of industries within the middle market. He works alongside senior professionals to develop and manage transactions, ensuring they meet strategic and financial objectives.

Prior to joining Castle Crow, Jerome gained valuable experience with Aircon Rescue in Vancouver as an outside sales representative, working with residential and commercial clients. In this role, he developed strong skills in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals face-to-face, providing him with a solid foundation for building client relationships and driving results.

Jerome holds a degree in Economics from the University of British Columbia (UBC), where he also played varsity rugby. In his spare time, Jerome is an avid skier and enjoys staying active and spending time with friends and family.
