Kristen rejoined Castle Crow as Research Director in April 2026, bringing nearly 15 years of experience in the investment and financial services industry. She originally joined Castle Crow in 2015 and leads the firm’s M&A research function. She partners with senior executives to define each client’s unique investment mandate, build extensive target universes, and support the smooth, timely execution of transactions.

Kristen began her career at Asset Preservation Advisors, a boutique investment firm specializing in municipal bond portfolio management. While at APA, she played a key role in investment research, analyzing municipal credit fundamentals and developing portfolio analyses for current and prospective clients.

Kristen is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, paddleboarding, and hiking with her dogs in Tahoe.
