Callum MacDonald is an Associate at Castle Crow, where he is responsible for initiating, analyzing, and negotiating private equity transactions across a wide range of industries within the middle market. He works alongside senior professionals to develop and manage transactions, ensuring they meet strategic and financial objectives.

Prior to joining Castle Crow, Callum gained valuable experience in the financing of heavy machinery, having worked at TFG Financial and Ritchie Bros. In these roles, he was involved in structuring and financing equipment deals, which provided him with a deep understanding of asset-based lending and capital markets.

Callum holds a degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of British Columbia (UBC), where he also played varsity rugby. In his spare time, Callum enjoys spending time with friends and family and staying active through various sports.
