Mark is head of the Southern California office for Castle Crow. He brings over 30 years of experience as an investment banker and as a C-level executive. From 1996-2009 he worked as an investment banker in Boston, San Francisco, and Orange County facilitating buy-side and sell-side acquisitions as well as capital raises totaling over $1 billion in Total Enterprise Value. He has led several international transactions, co-chaired investment forums, and been a board member for various companies.

In 2009, while Mark was a Managing Director at a leading Investment Bank in Southern California, he received the opportunity to become part owner and CEO of a middle market behavioral health care company serving the adolescent and young adult population. Under his leadership the company grew to over 200 employees. He currently remains on as a board member and part owner. As a business owner, CEO, and investment banker Mark realized he had a unique skillset to help other business owners navigate succession planning, exit strategies as well as capital raises, and decided to return to investment banking in 2024.

Mark earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from California Polytechnic, San Luis Obispo and his master's degree in business administration with honors in finance from Boston University. He is an avid cyclist, skier, and dabbles in trail ultramarathons.
